Enregistrée fin septembre, quelques soucis techniques ont retardé la sortie de cette session avec les Skip The Use qui ont retourné le Nouveau Casino le 10 octobre. Pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas encore ces Lillois géniaux, séance de rattrapage en acoustique.
Skip The Use
Lorsque j'ai découvert ces Lillois sur scène, à l'occasion du tremplin rock du festival Chorus 2008, ce fut une claque. Le charisme de Matt, cocktail d'énergie et d'humour sur scène, une voix à la Marco d'FFF, et des musiciens du même niveau ne peuvent pas laisser indifférent. Je n'aurait donc raté pour rien au monde leur venue au Chorus 2009 et c'est un vrai plaisir de retrouver Yann et Matt, deux des membres de Skip The Use qui vont réchauffer l'ambiance de ce soir de début d'automne dans un parc de St Cloud vide et triste, ici même où se déroule Rock En Seine.
La position assise n'empêchera pas Matt de se déchainer et de nous embarquer avec lui dans leur groove et leur énergie pour une session et une rencontre comme on aimerait en faire tous les jours : magique.

Unbreakable fait super romantique dans le parc vide, à l’automne, avec la voix soul de Matt – un vrai régal!
On n’est décidément jamais decu en écoutant Skip The Use que ce soit en concert, en Version Studio ou acoustique dans un parc en automne on se régale a tout les coup.
